RTW_8822 Wireless problem

i have a thinkpad e490 running qubes 4.1 default kernel 6.1.43-1.fc32 my wireless card is connecting on the internet with

sys-firewall-wifi → sys-net-wifi (wireless hardware)
sys-firewall → sys-net (ethernet hardware)

i decided to open a console on (sys-net-wifi) and thats what is showing… does anyone know how to fix this…
the left console is the ethernet and the right the wifi…

Seems like general Linux problem with wireless driver, not Qubes OS related. You can search around for a fix, maybe disable power saving.
