Hello. I am experiencing the same behavior after a recent dom0 and template update. I had been experimenting with some settings, and so blamed this on myself and wiped my drive. I did a fresh install with no problems. Then, after one dom0 update and a template update done side-by-side, I'm stuck with no working network connection at all. So I can verify at least that this is a problem with a fresh install followed by a dom0 update and a template update. I will try again to see if I can isolate the problem package.
