Hi
I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P14s Gen2 and compatible version for this model is R4.2.0 by the hardware compatibility list, but I was not able to find the download source for this version. I have QubesOS R.4.2.4 x86_64 bootable usb drive, but it does not boot on this laptop, I have it installed on my PC and works well.
What can I do about this Thinkpad?

What exactly happens when you try to boot into it in your laptop?

You can try 4.3.0 with improved compatibility for new hardware.

As I recall, the CPU in the Lenovo Thinkpad P14s Gen2 is either an Intel or an AMD … which kind is in your machine? 
As @WhiteShadow suggested, try the r4.3.0 release – especially if your CPU is an AMD one …
