Yes, if I recall correctly an older kernel was working correctly until after a system update (which I think xen packages were involved), then all newest kernel didn’t make a difference until this particular version, so maybe a conflict between xen and all kernels up to 5.19.9-1

And, keep in mind this topic’s subject. Recent issues weren’t related to kernels, definitely. It happened even with 5.10.xx and I have to say that I’m using kernel-latest for almost a year without single issue until this mess, while getting new features and patches timely, so to say. (yes and bugs, but not in my use case)
My opinion is that the times of “testing” versions in the terms of past times are far behind us.
