I am trying to create ubuntu template using an app-vm created using template fedora-37. I have Qubes OS 4.1.2-rc1. I am using instructions in the below link to create the template

I am getting below error when trying to run make qubes-vm. Any idea how to fix it?

Now, I am having trouble running `make template`. Below are the errors I see. Any inputs on how to fix this?
