Set the following kernel options on the installer usb media:
Comment out noexitboot=1 and mapbs=1
(UEFI Troubleshooting | Qubes OS)
Blacklisted nouveau (UEFI Troubleshooting | Qubes OS)
Set i915.force_probe=* (UEFI Troubleshooting | Qubes OS)
Installed in legacy mode - will try another install at some point to see
if I can get UEFI working.
Otherwise - install is perfect. Everything works out of the box, no issues.

Yassine Ilmi reported the (almost) identical machine. They have an additional Nvidia card as well as a different network card, but the rest of the HCL is identical to yours.
That's why I've added your report as an additional line to the previous one and it's now part of this pull request:
