Hey I want to upgrade my QubesOS maybe fresh install or whatever will work… I don’t have any USB drive or SD Card and in my situation I’m unable to get so I have to work with what I have… Am I able to somehow upgrade or fresh install 4.3.0 without having a SD card or USB drive? I’m running 4.2.4 right now for like the last 6 months. Guide me if possible.

First of all: Welcome to this forum!
Second: how did you install R4.2 without having a SD card or USB drive? or you did have access to some external media (SD-card or USB) at that time?
And to your question: as @appih5587 wrote, you can use a sequence of commands in dom0 to upgrade your existing R4.2.4, but read/search thoroughly on this Forum to see what errors people encountered when using this method (and there are quite a few threads on the topic).
As a matter of fact I’m still on R4.2.4 and will stay with it at least for a couple of months more.
Ran some test R4.3.0 installs, each time “clean”, on another laptop, to test various configurations. All in all, I don’t need any of the new bells and whistles and R4.3.0 was more sluggish, out of the box, than the long-running R4.2.

Yes you probably can do the “in-place-upgrade” (you don’t need anything except your device for that), but there is a 50/50 chance, that it will went through proper - and for the cases it will fail, you can’t go back and lost all of the previous QubesOS life. All what you have then, is to install QubesOS 4.3 from scratch, which only work - with a USB Stick (or similar).
PS.: Any chance you’ll be able to get an empty 8GB Stick and an empty 2TB USB SSD or HDD drive and I can help you, with a step-by-step solution to finally come to 4.3
You’ll need this for the upgrade only, so if you can borrow them, would be the ideal solution.
With that equipment - you can try the “in-place-upgrade” a million times - for the case it fail, you always can go back to the state before (4.2.4) - again and again and again - until you finally find yourself on 4.3
