Qubes Update - could not resolve hostname

Qubes Update tells me that updates are available for one of my fedora-42 templates and my USB qube

However, when I try to update the fedora-42 template, I get
librepo-WARNING **: [time]: LRO_METALINKURL processing failed: Curl error (6): Could not resolve hostname for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-42&arch=x86_64 [Could not resolve host: mirrors.fedoraproject.org]
librepo-WARNING **: [time]: LRO_METALINKURL processing failed: Curl error (6): Could not resolve hostname for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=updates-released-f42&arch=x86_64 [Could not resolve host: mirrors.fedoraproject.org]
librepo-WARNING **: 21:47:03.500: LRO_METALINKURL processing failed: Curl error (6): Could not resolve hostname for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-cisco-openh264-42&arch=x86_64 [Could not resolve host: mirrors.fedoraproject.org]

Similarly, for my USB qube
librepo-WARNING **: [time]: LRO_METALINKURL processing failed: Curl error (6): Could not resolve hostname for https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/metalink?repo=nonfree-fedora-42&arch=x86_64 [Could not resolve host: mirrors.rpmfusion.org]
etc

This has been happening for a few days. I have successfully updated other qubes in this time, so my Internet connection and general update process are probably not the issue
What do I need to do to resolve this please?

Are the other qubes/templates also Fedora based?
What do you have as the update qube?

At first sight it looks like an issue with the proxy mechanism - since
you say that other qubes have successfully been updated, I would start
by considering the proxy mechanism as it stands in the fedora-42
template.
Try disabling and then enabling the updates-proxy-setup service.
Make sure that local port 8082 is open for listening.
export http_proxy=127.0.0.1:8082
See if you can use wget by IP as well as name - e.g. example.com and
91.195.240.13

I never presume to speak for the Qubes team. When I comment in the Forum I speak for myself.
