Testing Windows and QWT in R4.1

I have tried what happens in Qubes R4.1 (Version 20201014 Alpha) with Windows and QWT 4.0.1.3. Windows USB integration with R4.1

It is now available to test ability to attach USB devices to Windows. It works without QWT installation via QEMU emulation.
