Hello, I have been using Qubes for several years. Now my PC has broken down and I have re-downloaded the ISO of qubes 4.2.2 on 3 days. Apparently the file is always corrupted. I have already tried with 3 different USB sticks and an SD card. The installation program stops at 4.8% during the media check. Can I please get a stick or sd card with a good ISO on it by mail? I would also like to pay something for it.

Did you use Rufus to create the installation medium?
Note: Using Rufus to create the installation medium means that you won’t be able to choose the “Test this media and install Qubes OS” option mentioned in the example below. Instead, choose the “Install Qubes OS” option.
Yes, and about 3 other programs to create the ISO.
You can’t test the installation medium if it was created in Windows (using Rufus or other tools).
Yes, I did that during the installation, first test, then install. The tests always ended at the media check.
Yes, that’s right, testing is only possible with Rufus. Testing was not offered with the other programs. That’s why I only tested the installation without testing until the first qubes query, but then canceled it to be on the safe side.
I think there will be more cases like mine in the future.
