Qubes says Vt-d/iommu not supported but Vt-d and VT-x both enabled

Hey everyone,

I am trying to install Qubes 4.3 and keep coming across that error, but Vt-d and VT-x are both very much enabled. I used Qubes 4.2 just fine. Tried to do an in-place upgrade but was having issues and said screw it I will just to a fresh install but came across this error and I am unsure what to do here.

CPU Intel 9900K
Mobo: Rog Strix Z-390-E

Any help would be appreciated and hopefully I haven’t broken any rules here

Try clearing CMOS, then try turning on Vt-d and Vt-x again.
