Qubes Repo Signing key not found

Hi,

I was trying to install VSCode in a newly created template according to their guide. When running dnf check-update I get the following error:

Qubes OS Repository for VM (updates) 100% | 3.5 KiB/s | 2.8 KiB | 00m01s repomd.xml GPG signature verification error: Signing key not found"

Importing OpenPGP key [don't know if I should redact this]: UserID : "Qubes OS Release 4.3 Signing Key" Fingerprint: F3FA3F99D6281F7B3A3E5E871C3D9B627F3FADA4 From : file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-qubes-4.3-primary Is this ok [y/N]:

I am able to replicate this in all my fedora templates. Why is this? Does this mean that my templates won’t update properly anymore? Are they corrupted?

All is good.
Nothing corrupted: standard Fedora fare.

I never presume to speak for the Qubes team.
When I comment in the Forum I speak for myself.

This part shows that you’re importing the key from your local filesystem, not downloading a new key over the Internet. In other words, the key was already there in your template.

The Qubes templates ship with the required keys already included by default.

If you really want to, you can always manually verify the authenticity of this and other keys:
