Personally, I would go the “fuck it” route and remove the nvme from the laptop. Stick it into another system and try my luck there.
In your case, since you don’t use secureboot - it would possibly work.

If so, does the BIOS allow you to disable/prefer one or the other?
… and if the BIOS allows you to disable/enable/prefer one or the other, can you try a different setting?
This is my laptop, with amd gpu and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 card.
And in UEFI BIOS, I can’t do that.

Since the laptop got both the Nvidia and the AMD for graphics, can (or have you?) tried to blacklist both?
modeset=0 nouveau.modeset=0 amdgpu.modeset=0 rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau,amdgpu
on the line starting:
module2 /vmlinuz-..
I’m about out of ideas … so now it’s just random “maybe it could be”-suggestions I can give … 
As an alternative, you could try the r4.3.1-rc1 and see if an updated kernel/driver can solve the problem?
