Qubes OS on Skulls/Seabios failed

does anyone here have the complete guide on how to install Qubes OS on t440p with i7-4702MQ and Skulls on it?
few days ago i sucessfully flash skulls on my t440p following their guide. I tried to install the Qubes OS but i got warning that my laptop does not have virtualization support. Then i decided to install debian and install qemu and it works, i check my cpu flags the vmx is present, what should i do to make Qubes is working on my laptop?
