After a install from the downloaded ISO burnt on a USB key, qubes OS boots on my SSD and after some initial interaction, it freezes after a few minutes or less and the hangs and restarts the PC.
I’m trying to get kernel messages before the UI starts to post.

The category looks OK, but there is not much information for troubleshooting.
If the installation USB was good, then it may be hardware related. First question: Did you test the key in any way?
Does your system/motherboard/CPU/graphics appear in the HCL?
If it is very recent, then kernel-latest may help - maybe it it available as a boot option.
Otherwise, more information may bring a tip from someone with similar hardware…
the ISO file was obviously all correct, and we did test USB key with Rufus,
Booting up on the USB key, anaconda installer does freeze towards the selection of the partition to install on (we are doing reattempt at install).
where do we take it from here?
The CPU is AMD Razen 7 9800 x3d
The motherboard is ROG STRIX X670E-F BIOS v3304.
is there some BIOS/UEFI to turn off/on before runnign the anaconda installed?

Is anyone successfully running Qubes OS on AMD Ryzen CPU?
From what I know, the first generation of ryzens up to the 5000 series tend to work well. Your mileage may vary depending on the specific model you have though. No idea about the more recent ones.

It is more clear what the hardware is.
Many people use Ryzen processors. It is more probable that there is a problem with some peripheral device.
I do not think it is clear exactly what stages of the installer you passed before the error.
It is also not clear whether you tried any other suggestions already given.

If you search the forum and the HCL then you may find more. They may have useful suggestions for getting started.
