FFS. So apparently closing forwarded markers are not handled
properly.

reconsidered.
In this case, there is a possibility that the user sees the same
prompt because they are opening documents in libreoffice in a
disposable. If that is the case then an adjustment needs to be made in
the disposable template. This is clearly Qubes specific, but it could
only be determined by interacting with the user, not by simply closing
down the issue.
I understand that people want to keep the Forum Qubes focussed but I see
the use of “Off topic” being too easily applied. Let’s be just a little
more welcoming, particularly to new users.
I have a stock quote which can be adapted in many cases - when I use it
I generally still provide solution details.
Many problems that people have in Qubes are actually not Qubes specific.
This is one of those.
You can find many guides online to FOOING, and those
should help you. The only Qubes specific part is that you have to do
this in the template.
