Qubes OS 4.3.1-rc1 works better with MSI Z690 than 4.3.0 but stream isolation doesn't work

The stable version of the 4.3.1 doesn’t works again with MSI motherboards.

4.3 not work after install (black screen before configuration)

(I have MSI PRO Z790-P) I used 4.2 without problem. I wanted to install today the 4.3. I started install from a USB flash drive. When it finished then he restarted, but i got just a black screen with a cursor at the left corner, not more. I pressed the CTRL ALT F1 and there stayed this message: ‘’‘Warning: usb in dom0 is not restricted. Consider rd.qubes.hide_all_usb or usbcore.authorized_default=0.’‘’ What can i do?
