I already checked the DistroWatch.com and can verify 
that the release announcement with the Qubes-R4.0.4.x86_64.iso link is there (4.0.3. was not!).
Downloading 4.0.4 now…
Can’t wait to start installing 
experimenting and learning more about Qubes-OS.
