Qubes Backup - Missing Applications

There is an issue when backing up template VMs (fedora-38, debian-12, whonix-ws/gw)

The template appears to be backing up correctly, however, when restored,

it has missing applications everywhere.

Application missing in template! (org.gnome.-------.desktop) is listed

for every single applications in the template for some reason.

You need to refresh the applications from the settings. Since it has been restored, dom0 can’t know what’s in the templates yet.
