Qubes Auto Exec: automatically execute commands in dom0 when a Qubes domU starts

Hello, I am releasing another utility that could come in handy for quality of life on Qubes OS.

The TL;DR is that with this script you can now make it so that things automatically happen in dom0 (such as port-forwardings or changing CPU scheduler performance parameters) whenever a specified Qube starts up. It’s different to Qubes User Data in that QAE executes stuff in dom0, while QUD executes things in the domUs.
