I am using Qubes 4.3.0 and have set up a Windows 11 HVM with the latest Qubes Windows Tools. Within this VM, I am running Adobe Photoshop (CS 5.5).
The problem:
In Photoshop, it is standard to use the Alt + mouse wheel combination to zoom in or out of an image. However, in my Qubes environment, the following happens: As soon as I use the Windows VM in fullscreen mode (toggled via Alt + F11), Alt + mouse wheel does not trigger the zoom within Photoshop; instead, the entire desktop view of the VM is magnified or shifted.
Question:
How can I configure it so that the Alt key is available exclusively to the application (Photoshop) within the Windows HVM, without the Qubes window manager interfering?
