Documentation for this is here: USB qubes | Qubes OS
The installer will not automatically install sys-usb when you have a USB
keyboard because you cannot continue using the OS after this point. You
will have neither a keyboard nor mouse by default.
The documentation above will guide you through both the setups, and the
potential risks involved.
Could you edit your boot commandline (if you’re in grub, just press ‘e’,
for efi you will have to edit /boot/efi/EFI/qubes/xen.efi) and add the
following:
loglevel=7 systemd.log_level=debug
This should give us some more information on what is going wrong.
This only occurs after running the initial installer with sys-net selected?
I have Run These Command
1-sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.sys-usb
2-sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.usb-keyboard
Then I run Sys-USB my Keyboard and mouse Freezing... And after reboot the pc got this
And Now Iam renstalling again
I have Run These Command

The output of qvm-pci
before and after these commands may also be
useful on your next install.
