Problem connecting with xfinity using qubes computer

My network (ATT) allows connecting to xfinity.com using windows 11 and windows 10. For some reason, I get the following when attempting to connect using qubes ??
Thanks!

Access Denied

You don’t have permission to access “http://login.xfinity.com/login” on this server.

Other info: I originally used xfinity for networking and email. I switch to ATT and just use xfinity for email.

I don’t think it’s qubes because it’s a operating system and as far as I know(I’m new to qubes though) qubes dosen’t do anything to effect that mabye its your browser?

I’m using firefox in both windows 10/11 and in qubes? I think I’ve got all browsers blocking trackers…

If qubes is hiding identity, maybe xfinity doesn’t like that?

I tried to log in through a qubes dis vm for xfinity and it worked mabye your blocking a critical service that it needs?

I can use qubes to connect to my financial broker, my credit card institute, etc. All works … except when trying to connect to xfinity.

I searched this error and found the following:

“Access Denied / You don’t have permission” messages are issued by the destination site or its webhost, not by Comcast. It’s likely the site is blocking your public Comcast IP. You can look up your IP at Google Search You’ll probably need to ask the sites’ admins for help with this.

I guess the server thinks you’re a hacker and blocking you. maybe use tor to change your ip as long as they don’t block tor IPs you should be fine. That’s what I would try.

I had this one time with a website. Basically the web site had really restrictive rules to only allow a narrow user set. Probably due to your browser blocking something or anti fingerprinting option
