how can I prevent an internal drive from showing up in Qubes? it’s in dom0 and I can open it in a file manger which would mount it.
I want it to not be visible at all if I can, since it’s my second OS.

There are also hardware boot/BIOS solutions. All my drives have this type of solution. Ask your mother board manufacturer for hardware encryption BIOS (they all have it but don’t give it away without asking).
