Power Failure Amid Inital Setup (qvm-pool-error:failed to add pool vm-pool)

Hi my post install initial setup was interrupted while setting up fedora template by a power failure. I reboot later on to set up and I get an error like this
[Dom0] error

qvm-pool-error:failed to add pool vm-pool. Got empty response from qubesd

I don’t have exact answer, but just reinstall and do setup as fast as possible.

Ended up installing the OS again and successfully finished the initial setup.

Yes. That would also be my suggestion. Especially because you had not done anything yet.
