Possible to use Vagrant? Other solutions?

I’m accustomed to using Vagrant to spin up a local server for testing. Is it possible to run vagrant + virtualbox within a Qube (type 1 + type 2 virtualization)?

If not, is there an equivalent Qubes-friendly set up I could use to replicate the ability to SSH into a ‘local’ server? Or do I need to do this type of testing on a non-Qubes system?

wait why do you need it, qubes are already virtualization system.
