PDF Arranger won't start

Can anyone tell me why the

[ PDF Arranger ]

is having such a hard time opening the newly scanned file

[ Document Scanner ]

Does this software come from [ Flatpak ]?

I also ran

[ qvm-prefs VM… qrexec_timeout 300 ]

but without success.
