Panel set to hide, one vm transmission notification task panel icon clicking goes thrue and clicks button on next app.

So in Qubes OS Qube installed transmission and added to notification panel icon.
In same VM a firefox is open.
I go down so panel comes up and click transmission icon- a click is made in background window firefox website button in that location is clicked, so i click 2nd time and then only notification panel transmission icon reacts.
How could i make video from dom0 so that could be seen?
Update- made pics. Cant see only mouse.
- Website open, task panel hides.
- Mouse over panel- it opens. Mouse over transmission icon, shows description not from transmission but from website.
- Clicking on transmission. Click made in website. Menu didnt open, but website opened in url. Clicking 2nd time tranmission now is valid click, clicks in transmission panel notification, opens finally menu.
- Clicking around menu or on website doesnt make menu go away. Switched to another desktop, menu still open.
