how to open an offline file, particulary a text editor.
If you’re not familiar with Fedora or Debian (one of them is the template used by your qubes), you need to look for some tutorial about them, specially if you only want to open an offline file in a text editor, Qubes OS doesn’t change anything about this.

@parulin is correct: offline files can be opened like in a regular Debian (or Fedora) installation.
