Opening Network Manager Through Terminal

I have recently installed the kde de on Qubes 4.1 and noted that the network manager icon is missing. I am aware that this is a known and existing bug, but was surprised when a solution for opening the Network Manager through other means was not proposed/discussed.

Is there a way to open up the network manager using the terminal instead of the (broken) icon?

Thanks,

You can use nmcli in sys-net to configure the network from the command line

Ah, I see. I was more hoping of a way to open the (presumably) existing panel without the icon - but if that’s not possible nmcli will have to do.

You can use nm-connection-editor
