Hello. What is a terminal command to open an app in a specified workspace.
For example, open a Chrome browser in Workspace 2.

Hello. The desktop environment that qubes ships with by default is XFCE. Since it’s not qubes-specific, I don’t think you’ll find official Qubes documentation on this. But if you look for XFCE Auto starting applications into specific workspaces
, you’ll likely find what you’re looking for.

I believe that the standard advice for Xfce is to install devilispie,
which allows you to make applications start in specified workplaces:
you can also set size and placement.
If you install KDE, this has the same functionality built in, and allows
you to set rules using GUI tool.
