Remarks
- Update boot parameter with
i915.force_probe=*
. - Recommend to follow this so everything is not tiny: dpi-scaling
- Suspend
1. net-qube fails to start sometimes:The kernel doesn't support reset from sysfs for PCI device
. Fix: Increase RAM on the net qube.
2. Touchpad stopped working (might only be on QubesOS i3). Fix:sudo udevadm trigger --subsystem-match=input
. I added this as a service so I don’t manually need to write each time. - Screen resolutions other then the built in are not available, follow this for a fix: github issue
- When second monitor plugged in, all windows/qubes that are dragged onto that display the cursor wont work. Fix: Restart affected qube, solution found here.
All seems to work well, other then mentioned above.
