I know you do not want to install anything extra on tor browser because it can make your fingerprint more identifiable.

How about when on certain websites a pop up appears saying if you want to allow the site to give you notifications? Is it okay to hit block or should I leave it untouched?

Is it possible hitting block makes my browser stand out from people who have never visited that site/or did visit and didn’t hit block or allow?

even you do both, i think your fingerprint is still uniqe, i’ve tested it with some fingerprint check website, but why whould you worries about this? just run 5 tor browser in different session.
