This means your dom0 update should had been completed successfully and you have no pending update for any template. A fix was submitted and merged around the same time. You could check the installed qubes-desktop-linux-manager version in dom0 as follow:

dnf info qubes-desktop-linux-manager

Once it is upgraded to 4.2.23, the problem should go away. It is most likely you have a lower version at the time.
