Not enough storage - Kali template

I wanted to install Kali template on qubes 4.1 but now I cannot open it. by reinstall I get the information I don’t have enough space.

my question is now can I change the device size or not?

To resize it, I am using kde-partitionmanager which is available in qubes-dom0-update, while regularly clean it: Of course, doing backup prior to this is highly advisable.
