Thanks I have the same issue Qubes OS is on an external SSD on laptop lenovo ideapad 320 Only one usb controller I need the usb controller for an usb_to_ethernet adapter From what I read, it is not possible to run my configuration. I was using an external SSD to test the Qubes OS Since it boot and run on SSD, I guess I can install on the internal drive when I am ready to flush my old OS. Laptop dont have much slots for hardware expansion

Install Qubes OS on the Lenevo IdeaPad 320’s internal drive when you are ready to flush your old OS instead.
