I found the page

I used the command systemctl status bluetooth.
The output reads
- bluetooth.service → loaded, (/usr/lib/systemd/bluetooth.service; enabled; preset: enabled)
- Drop-In: (I do not understand the output.)
- Active: inactive (dead)
- Condition: start condition unmet
I try disabling minimal-usbvm, which I found in the page below.
I shutdown sys-usb and opened xfce-terminal in sys-usb. Then, sys-usb started again.
I used the command systemctl status bluetooth. The output changed.
- Active: active (running)
- Status: “running”.
