The last qubes update just rendered my Mullvad App Vpn useless. Not sure what happened. I had it installed using the Mullvad on Qubes OS 4 tutorial with just the nfttables instead of iptables.
Everything was working great and now it cannot connect. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, i had the same problem, dont know why. I fixed it just reinstalling openvpn on debian 12 template following the mullvad guide. Hope this is helpful for you.

I’ve had a similar problem with my Mullvad openvpn beginning around the same time. In my case I’m using qubes-vpn-support and just tried:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall openvpn
but the problem persists. In my case, I can browse with Firefox without issue, including Mullvad check, but Brave browser, which is working in other VMs, no longer connects over openvpn. Also noteworthy is that this problem coincided in time with Mullvad’s recent announcement that it will be dropping openvpn support.
