I’ve no sound with the “Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Comet Lake PCH-LP cAVS” (from lspci). sof firmware is present in Dom0, I’ve made kernel option snd-intel-dspcfg.dsp_driver=1 via grub w/ no effect. Also
[olli@dom0 ~]$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/dsp-fix.conf
options snd_intel_dspcfg dsp_driver=1
[olli@dom0 ~]$
did not help.
I’ve this in lspci:
[olli@dom0 ~]$ lspci |grep audio
00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Comet Lake PCH-LP cAVS
[olli@dom0 ~]$
Any advise how to make sound work? The puavcontrol tells the only ouptut device is dummy one.

Finally I’ve got sound working, thanks to #qubes on Libera.Chat:

Bitweasil> Hardware troubleshooting | Qubes OS
Bitweasil> sudo qubes-dom0-update kernel-latest

Also I had to remove /etc/modprobe.d/dsp-fix.conf and grub option preventing autodetection.
