Remarks
On some bios versions, it does not boot at all, so I am not on the latest stable. They released another stable version some time age. I will be testing it next week and updating this post.
Also, there is a usb controller that does not work. It is this one:

If you create a usb qube with it, it will only boot with linux 6.12.59-1.fc41 kernel and earlier. This is with the bios version I am currently at, but I remember similar issues with other bios versions too. Sometimes, not only does the disp usb qube crash and is unable to start, but it also gets deleted for some reason???
Anyway, do not create a usb qube during install, because it will crash/fail the installation in the middle because of this. Create a usb qube after install, just do not assign this controller to it.
I tested many times and this usb controller does not connect to any usb ports. I think it is for stuff that connects to the mobo, like some pcie network cards also have bluetooth, and you connect it not only with pci, but also the mobo with some cable. (On the mobo it is written USB, but it does not look like a standard USB. Sorry, this is not my area of expertise.) None of the usb ports on the back plate or on the front of the case seem to be connected to this usb controller, so maybe it is safe to just leave it be and use sys usb without it. As per the documentation, I also added this to grub, and it caused no issues: usbcore.authorized_default=0
I would recommend you get a PS/2 keyboard, or just choose one of the usb controllers to allow all devices to pass input to dom0, and only connect your keyboard/mouse to it. (aka with 2 or more sys-usb qubes)
There is also an unknown “input” device that appears. I think it is about managing LEDs on the mobo fans, but I have no such led fans? It is called Micro Star International MYSTIC LIGHT in lsusb in the sys-usb qube. (this device is not on the broken usb controller)

sys-gui (It works, but I do not use it anymore.)
Also, I create hvm qubes from time to time, including Windows, and this also works fine.
