Mouse pointer graphically poorly displayed when hovering over the window border

I installed Qubes 4.1 with the new sys-gui extension. The PC is equipped with Intel Graphics and 16 GB RAM, the mouse is connected via P2/S. I have noticed that the mouse cursor displays poorly when hovering over window borders.

Some seem to have a similar problem:

I ran the update to 4.1 and now there is a constant flickering when I move my mouse, type or move an open window. The window that I am trying to move and/or the main ques taskbar are the items that are flicking. I have been using Qubes for almost 2 years and this is the first time something like this is happening. I have a gefore 1060i with two monitors one connected with HDMI and the other with DVI

I’ve found that dummy-psu-dom0 is changed to dummy-psu-sender, you should find and replace dummy-psu-dom0 to dummy-psu-sender in state files.

How to solve it? Maybe sys-gui needs more RAM? But how should I allocate more RAM if a sys-gui VM is not displayed in the Qubes manager?
