Currently we have per-AP settings for Tor in Liteqube to prevent guard node fingerprinting. Do you find it useful? Like, whonix does not do that at all. Should I keep that?

According to this Whonix Wiki page, keeping per-network (or per-location) Tor settings is a good thing. So I’d say “keep the feature”.
