Remarks

Intermittent connectivity issue with wireless, bad enough to switch to wired Ethernet. Under Windows noticed some connectivity issues with streaming videoconferences. Not sure if it’s a known issue with the Intel Wireless 8265 / 8275 (rev 78), a google search reveals some similar user reports on Linux Mint forums.

Battery shows 0% full, but it doesn’t charge.
Current charge 0%, Fully charged design 75 Wh, Fully charged 1.3 Wh (2%)

Thank you @bowtiediguana, your report is now online!

I changed the works: to partial, since you do report wireless and battery charging issues. I double-checked and all the other 6th generation X1 Carbon in the HCL have the same WiFi controller: 8265 / 8275 (rev 78)

The other three (fiasco4297, Fabio Germann, Nick Johnson) do not report the same issues. Maybe contact them to see if they saw the same issues and found solutions? Is it possible you maybe got defect hardware?
