Now it’s clearer. Well, my Windows 11 isn’t "security-sensitive… " and I am not one of the "… users with especially high security requirements " so I’m fully deploying the qube with qwt 4.1.69. Which serious user would consider combining words security and Windows anyway…
Especially considering: “…If the Xen Project’s Windows PV Drivers were compromised at build time, all Windows qubes that have Qubes Windows Tools (QWT) installed may also be compromised. If the drivers were not compromised at build time, then there is no known vulnerability.”
It was never confirmed they were compromised as far as I know. I’m not pledging you to use it, I’m just explaining my perspective.
