The last update to the HCL seems to be around mid-April, is the list still being maintained?

Last I recall, I believe @Sven was in the process of helping @flavio to become an (additional?) HCL maintainer.

@Sven has been doing a wonderful job as our HCL maintainer for quite a while now, but unfortunately, he will no longer have much time to devote to the task in the future.
