Hi everybody. I would like to ask for advice on creating a kali linux template. I want to use the debian 11 template as a base template, I cloned it and changed the repository. I used this guide (Contents/kali.md at master · Qubes-Community/Contents · GitHub) Everything works fine, applications can be installed and run. The problem occurs the first time I shut down the template (or the appvm created from it). Then template/appvm stops responding and it is not even possible to open the terminal. Could someone please advise me how to solve this? Thank you. I am using Qubes 4.1.
Just in case You don’t know there is official community kali templete that You can just install using builtin command in dom0. Kali template available

Do I understand correctly that it is not recommended to install kali template because it cannot be updated for compatibility reasons and the preferred solution is to install parrot os? Thank you
I haven’t read anyone suggesting that.
