add the following to u/Kubiszox’s command-line:
--releasever=4.1
so:
sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes-templates-community-testing --releasever=4.1 qubes-template-kali

that also still says with or without --releasever=4.1 still the same
[on@dom0 Desktop]$ sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes-templates-community-testing --releasever=4.1 qubes-template-kali
Redirecting to ‘qvm-template install --enablerepo=qubes-templates-community-testing --releasever=4.1 kali’
usage: qvm-template [–verbose] [–quiet] [–help] [–repo-files REPO_FILES] [–keyring KEYRING]
[–updatevm UPDATEVM] [–enablerepo REPOID] [–disablerepo REPOID] [–repoid REPOS]
[–releasever RELEASEVER] [–refresh] [–cachedir CACHEDIR] [–keep-cache] [–yes]
{install,reinstall,downgrade,upgrade,download,list,info,search,remove,purge,clean,repolist}

qvm-template: error: Template ‘kali’ not found.

See testing-repositories , you should install the qubes-core-admin-client and python3-qubesadmin packages from the current-testing repository.

You may also wish to enable testing repositories and then use qvm-template-gui to check which templates are available for Qubes 4.1.
