While upgrading to 4.2 I have noticed some issues in Debian 11 based templates.
qubes-sync-time.service is a disabled or a static unit not running, not starting it.
qubes-update-check.service is a disabled or a static unit not running, not starting it.
Job for qubes-mount-dirs.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

I know that it can be caused by my configuration of sys-firewall. On 4.1 I created sys-firewall based on fedora-38-minimal. Should I enable some services in its configuration? Can it leads to some more serious issues?
