I want to dual boot Windows(for gaming) and Qubes OS, will I run into any problems or flaws with this idea?

We can’t be sure it will work, nobody reported a hardware compatibility list (hcl) about this particular laptop.
The GPU will certainly draw the battery super fast, someone else reported such an issue, this is because it’s a discrete GPU and Xen doesn’t seem to know what to do with it.
The CPU should work too.
The rest of the build matters a lot for compatibility, but we have no information.

yes it should work, but be aware it’s a pain to configure.
no, it will stay charged and even charge when connected to electricity.
