Is rc.local only in Fedora not debian?

cd rw
cd etc

now i see rc.local file but only in fedora

what do i do wrong?

must i create the file in debian or does it have different name?

rc.local is located in /rw/config.

I checked, there is a /rw/config/rc.local file both on Debian 11 and Debian 12 official templates.
